Page cannot be displayed – это распространенная ошибка в системе Алиэкспресс, которая означает, что запрашиваемая страница не может быть отображена. Те, кто сталкивался с проблемой утверждают, что ошибка возникает при попытке открыть раздел “Мой AliExpress” или в процессе входа в аккаунт.

Как исправить ошибку

Главная проблема состоит в том, что ошибка “Page cannot be displayed” в большинстве случаев не пропадает самостоятельно.

Experiencing the following error typically means that you have updated your domain’s DNS to point to a HostGator server but the domain is not associated with an account on the server.

When a domain is directed to a server, a DNS zone file routes the domain to a specific file path so that it may serve content. If you have updated your domain’s DNS to HostGator nameservers and see the error above, this means that your domain name does not have a zone file on the server. The error occurs because the server cannot determine where to serve the content from. The way to resolve this error depends on the hosting package type you currently have.

Hatchling Packages

If you have a Hatchling account and receive the error above on your domain name, this could mean that your primary domain name is misspelled on the server. To fix this issue, you can simply log into your Billing system and update your domain name to the proper spelling and in turn, the zone file on the server will reflect the correctly spelled domain name.

If you are receiving the error above on your primary domain, log into your billing account and verify the spelling. For additional information on how to update your primary domain name, click here. If you are receiving the error on a domain that you have recently registered or directed to HostGator, this typically means that you have not yet added the domain as an addon domain from within your Control Panel. Adding a new addon domain in your Control Panel will create a zone file so that a path is made for the domain’s content.
